EPCC's "Next Generation Approach" (NGA) uses EPCC trademarked "State of the Art" Processes and Tools. EPCC prepares a customized job search operating plan (versus a generic model) that is tailored for every participant. This ensures a more effective job search and creates the opportunity to compete more effectively. The result is participants land their next job more quickly than if they used conventional methods and techniques, or operated on their own.

Using the EPCC "Virtual Office Concept", the participant is supported by their dedicated EPCC Coaching team, all of whom are handpicked and trained by EPC Corporate. The coaches are all retired executives who have been in the offices of the "C's" or Corporate Officers and are highly experienced in hiring and placing executives.
